Our team is permanently cautious of controversial projects so as to ensure the aforementioned. It's crucial to realize that, as the project owner, you must accept the below conditions.

OnGate reserves the right to cancel your presale for the following factors, but not limited to:

• Plagiarism (content, artwork, games, or websites)

• Smart contracts that compromise the safety of investors

• Smart contracts with exit/mint functions

• Deceptive behavior in presale contributions to inflate the total funds raised or no of contributors

• Deceptive behaviour with regards to the KYC application

• Abusive or disrespectful behaviour toward any of the OnGate staff or community

If your presale is cancelled for any of the above reasons, you agree that you forfeit the right to a refund. Please contact us on Telegram if you have any questions.
